The architecture
A student, a teacher and a country need different screens. They do not need different systems.
For students
The game is the point, not the paint. XP on every question, streaks that survive a bad week, a leaderboard that runs against your own class, and stars that buy real airtime, real data, real sneakers.
For teachers and schools
Set homework straight from the verified question bank, get it back already marked, and see the class the way a pile of exercise books never let you see it.
For government and national bodies
Where the system is failing, where it is working, and by how much, at the level a ministry can actually act on. The national console runs on demonstration data today. It goes live as the schools beneath it do.
How it fits together
Nothing is entered twice and nothing is a separate report. The question a student answers tonight is the class insight her teacher opens tomorrow, and the district picture a ministry reads next term.
